The location is phenomenal! I loved being so close to the castle, and the stunning views from my room really added to the experience.

Parking can be quite a hassle. the narrow streets made navigating with luggage stressful and tricky!

During my stay, I loved being just a short walk from the castle museum and exploring the vibrant old city filled with charming architecture. The Deluxe Double Room was spacious, with beautiful views of the surrounding rooftops, making it feel historically rich. I also enjoyed the breakfast options, especially with the variety that catered to different diets. Carrying luggage up would be a challenge for some, but the friendly staff were accommodating and helped with my bags.

I was utterly shocked by the noise from the nearby burger restaurant. who wants that at 11.30pm? ! And don't get me started on the cold shower fiasco. after the frustration, i expected a complimentary gift or upgrade, but here I am, just another face in the crowd. I almost gave them a good review but just couldn't.

Family with children recommend it for a short break

We really enjoyed the amazing views from our room that opened up right next to the castle! It was a surreal experience walking around the charming streets in the evening, so cozy and inviting, especially with the kids exploring the small nooks.

It wasn't cheap, but I say still acceptable for a quality stay.

The historic ceiling beams added a nice touch, giving the room character. It was a little warm since I couldn’t control the temperature, but the overall vibe made up for it. Loved the cleanliness and decor too!

The Schloss Superior offers an ideal location, just a brief walk downhill to the old town and right next to the castle entrance. My room was comfortable and spacious, with a picturesque view towards the town center. The breakfast was outstanding, providing a generous buffet with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience.

The smoke smell in the room was a bit nostalgic. I guess they wanted to ensure I truly experienced the charm of history, or maybe they just ran out of air freshener!
